The machine utilizes a Fourdrinier wire and multi-cylinder configuration, equipped with an open-type hydraulic headbox to ensure uniform stock distribution onto the wire. It employs an AC variable-frequency sectional drive and a PLC centralized control system, ensuring stable and controllable web tension, low sheet-break rates during high-speed operation, and consistent, continuous production over long periods.
