Within a complete paper making production line, the agitator serves as an essential auxiliary component in the pulping, proportioning, and approach-flow sections. It directly determines the stability of pulp consistency and the uniformity of fiber distribution, which in turn influences sheet formation on the paper machine and the final quality of the paper.
The agitator’s impeller angle can be flexibly adjusted based on pulp consistency and chest volume. It is suitable for various types of pulp—including long-fiber, recycled (waste paper), and mixed pulps—ensuring thorough agitation without any “dead zones,” thereby keeping the pulp in a consistent state of suspension throughout the process. Furthermore, the bearing housing is positioned externally, away from the pulp zone, which prevents pulp ingress and potential damage.
These agitators are designed for seamless integration into complete production lines—such as those for corrugated medium, coated board, printing paper, or kraft paper—and are fully compatible with pulping, approach-flow, and broke-handling systems.
