Waste paper chain conveyor is widely used in paper making industry, whether in kraft paper making process, or corrugated paper making process. Leizhan designed a new type chain conveyor, which have some more triangular blocks than we did before, convenient to draw out the iron wire when conveying corrugated paper making raw material(waste paper in bundle).

Chain Conveyor can be divided into five parts according to the demands. Nose part, straight line area, concave arc part, horizontal part and tail part. And concave arc part is always inclined 23°，higher efficiency to transfer waste paper. Besides, paper convert machine equipped with reduction drive, can reach the most suitable convey speed as you need.

Advantages Of Chain Conveyor

Adopt special designed chain drive one-time impact stamping, conveying material(waste paper/pulp board) by plate, which is large capacity, low motor power, and reduce the wear, easy to operate.
