Leizhan has offered white fiber recycling / deinking systems for the paper industry for many years of experience, with many a projects in East Asia, Mid Asia and Africa, and other parts of the world.
Full set of paper making line equipments are available for deinking applications including:
Newspaper / Magazine to Newspaper
Mixed Office Waste to Fine Paper
Virgin pulp/Mixed Office Waste to Tissue
Deinking systems begin by mixing water with the waste paper, and making a slurry to be bale to remove contaminants further downstream in the system. Bleaching and specialty chemicals are commonly added at this point to help the recycling process.
After forming a slurry, the stock goes through a series of screens and centrifugal cleaners to help remove these contaminants. Also, flotation cells and washers are used to remove ink and clay particles. Flotation cells use air to remove ink by attaching these ink particles to air bubbles, which float to the top of the cell and are removed. Washers use high speed centrifugal forces to remove small ink and clay particles in the pulp. In addition, kneaders are used to separate the ink from the fibers and reduce its particle size.
