It generally requires antioxidant rust-proof lubricants with viscosity of 46-100, better heat resistance, oxidation resistance, anti-emulsification and anti-rust. And the No. 2 or No. 3 composite calcium, sodium or lithium grease with good heat resistant and mechanical stability, and even molybdenum disulfide or graphite grease are also used. The operating temperature of bearings and gears in pulp cooking equipment is high, so the industrial gear oil or grease lubrication is often used. The lubricating parts of pulp machinery are bearing, worm and gear, reducer, closed and open gear, and the involved types are L-HL hydraulic oil and L-CKC industrial gear oil; calcium-based grease, composite calcium-based grease, general-purpose lithium-based grease, graphite calcium and semi-fluid lithium grease and so on.
