High density cleaner is used for removing all heavy impurities like staples, bolts, stone etc in paper pulping process. The working principle is utilizing the proportion of different fibers and impurities to make the heavy weight impurities separated from the pulp.

Structure Of High Density Cleaner

High density cleaner has a double thickened wear-resisting ceramics of cone structure, which is made of four important components. The first one is impurities removal pipe, having a great slag separation ability. The second one is impurities storage tank, the third one is linuo value and the last one is the interlock system, putting an end to the fiber loss.

Technical Data Of High Density Cleaner

Leizhan provides six kinds high density cleaner. The concentration of input pulp is 2-5%, the pressure of input pulp and output pulp are 0.15-0.35Mpa to 0.1-0.25Mpa.
The only different of the six kinds machine lies on the product capacity, which rang from 25 to 380t/d. Besides, the discharging mode have hand and automatic type that the paper mill can select a suitable way to meet the production need.
