Overview of PZ Reject Separator

PZ Reject Separator is a specialized equipment used for disposing tailing pulp in the waste paper pulping system. Usually, it is installed after Fiber Separator and Pressure Screen to handle with the slag muck.

Generally, the fiber recovery rate can reach to about 70%, which is a high recovery compared with other separator machine. So the high pulp use ratio largely improves the working efficiency.

Reject Separator adopts seal operation model and can continuous deslag. Therefore, no pulp splashing, vibration and noise produced and no special supervise person is needed.

PZ Reject Separator Technical Parameter

PZ Reject Separator has two types: PZ1, PZ2 to meet the different production need. PZ1 has a 15-30t/d production capacity, a 22Kw motor power while PZ2 is 30-60t/d and 30-37Kw.The inlet pulp consistency is 1%－2%, and the deslagging consistency is 15%－20%.

Reject Separator can separate light impurities and disperse PVC sheets in the pulp fiber, thus preventing the impurities from blocking the screen plate.
